This thread offers a sneak peak of things to come.

The first thing that happens when updating versions is that everything is broken because Nexon adds little things here and there. Most of the screenshots here show mundane ingame features, but updating them properly can be quite time-consuming nonetheless.

Mobs and mob debuffs - mobs now support dynamic stat scaling, which is used for PQs and will have to be coded

New code for reflect skills used by Hero, Paladin, Cannoneer, Demon Slayer, Mechanic

Parties; ability to apply to parties was added and needs to be coded
What can also be seen here is that the chat background is vertically off by a pixel or two. This was an annoying visual glitch in all early Big Bang versions and is fixed on Croosade using client hacks; the hack still needs to be updated

Wild Hunters and Mechanics are now able to harvest on their mounts; Updated Profession-related packets and implemented halving of required mastery and increase of fatigue to 200

You can see other players' critical hits now. It was a pain in the ass to code, but the Cannoneer skill Monkey Wave requires the server to be aware of critical hits so it was necessary...
